He has served as a testifying and consulting expert in 24 matters across federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, state courts in seven states, AAA arbitration, NAA arbitration, and a New York City administrative proceeding. He has been deposed eight times and provided trial or hearing testimony on three occasions — one AAA arbitration trial, one NAA arbitration trial, and one New York City administrative hearing.
